An in-person visit to establish care parameters, figure out resources & referrels, determine projects, and talk through concerns and needs - this is also when I get to know you and yours a bit. I will sit and talk with you (and your close ones if you choose) so we can know how to move forward. Everyone deserves dignity and choice in their care.
